The Audit
We do not ask that you commit any of your staff to this exercise. Introduce us to your Purchase Ledger staff who can point us in the direction of the information – we retrieve that information without any disruption. You check our data collected and we then complete the investigations back at base. The next time you see us should be to discuss the findings.

The Findings Report
The Contract Watch Findings Report contains the results of our investigations in a clear and concise manner. The working papers are included in the report and you decide which of the alternatives you wish to implement. The financial benefits are clearly laid out in the Consolidation element of the report. We respect your existing supplier relationships and make sure that your existing working relationships are not compromised.

The Future
We are well aware that the cost saving exercise does not stop after our investigation and we undertake to review the supplier performance and pricing on a regular basis. We plan future reviews and carry out the same exercise again to ensure that you are still maintaining “current market rate”.
